Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide remote operational support for DSP owners. This role focuses on administrative, scheduling, compliance, and communication tasks that keep DSP operations running efficiently and help owners maintain high performance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and update daily driver schedules and route assignments.
  • Track attendance and timecard submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Maintain DOT compliance records and remind on-site staff of required checks.
  • Monitor driver progress via tracking dashboards and flag delays or missed stops.
  • Relay updates between drivers, Amazon support teams, and the DSP managers/owner.
  • Compile daily and weekly performance metrics for review by DSP management.
  • Maintain driver performance records and prepare materials for coaching sessions.
  • Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Organize and maintain vehicle maintenance logs and fuel usage records.
  • Record undelivered package counts and generate end-of-day summary reports.
  • Perform accurate data entry and updates within Vendor Exchange and related platforms.
  • Assist with other administrative and coordination tasks to support DSP operations.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Amazon systems or familiarity with logistics/delivery operations (preferred).
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data entry, scheduling, and reporting tools
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, including Amazon Vendor Exchange.
  • Experience supporting delivery operations, dispatch, or compliance processes is a plus.

  • Amazon systems (experience preferred, but training will be provided for Vendor Exchange)
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Email and calendar management tools (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
  • Communication and scheduling tools (Slack, Zoom, or similar)
