Virtual Assistant — Midterm Rental Operations (Remote)

Who we are

  • Izeal Stay — a midterm corporate housing provider based in Las Vegas.
  • We place guests in 30+ day stays, often helping families after fires, floods, or other emergencies.

What you’ll do

  • Handle inbound inquiries and match clients with available properties.
  • Create and maintain listings on Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, and other platforms.
  • Manage bookings, payments records, and monthly owner reports.
  • Provide guest communication: check-in instructions, issue resolution, follow-ups, reviews.
  • Coordinate maintenance with vendors; track schedules and repair costs.
  • Keep homeowners updated on occupancy, performance, and maintenance.
  • Monitor local rental market trends and recommend pricing/listing updates.
  • Escalate urgent issues and be available for occasional after-hours emergencies.

Must-have skills and experience

  • Comfortable using Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal English (neutral accent preferred).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Able to make independent decisions and follow procedures.
  • Fast responder for urgent tenant or homeowner matters.
  • 3–6 months experience in short-term or midterm rentals preferred, but not required.

Bonus (nice-to-have)

  • Previous property management or hospitality experience.
  • Familiarity with basic reporting (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Experience coordinating contractors or vendors.

Compensation & schedule (clear)

  • Work hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Starting pay: $4.50 / hour.
  • Monthly performance bonuses based on occupancy, guest satisfaction, and response metrics.
  • Paid time off becomes available after 12 months of continuous employment.
  • Remote role; schedule may include occasional weekend or after-hours coverage for emergencies.
