Overview
Gameday Men’s Health Downtown Houston is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks for two short-term assignments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Duties
As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop primary connections for marketing purposes with Boot-Camps surrounding clinic – 3-5 mile radius
- Develop primary connections with University of Houston or Rice University or Texas Southern University on campus community engagement student groups for the purpose of ground-marketing Gameday Men’s Health Downtown Houston in exchange for donations to organization or charity
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
- Strong clerical experience with an emphasis on organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.08 – $25.39 per hour
