JayBurd Fitness and Physical Therapy is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support their growing business. As a remote team member, you’ll play a key role in keeping the backend operations running smoothly, allowing the coaching team to focus on helping serious gym-goers achieve their best performance.

JayBurd PT is a physical therapy and performance coaching business that helps serious gym-goers train pain-free and perform at their best. We’re growing fast and need a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help keep our backend organized and running smoothly.

Pay: $13 – $18 an hour

Job Type: Part-time (1099 Contractor)

Hours: 2-4 hours/week (flexible schedule)

Location: Remote

Someone who:

  • Loves organization, checklists, and making systems work efficiently
  • Feels confident learning new tech platforms quickly
  • Can balance flexibility and structure
  • Is responsive, professional, and easy to work with
  • Feels excited to be part of a growing fitness and rehab brand

Your Responsibilities

Administrative & Client Support

  • Manage new client onboarding checklist
  • Schedule and update client appointments through Calendly
  • Update and organize client notes in Google Drive / Everfit
  • Maintain digital file organization across Google Suite and Slack

Communication & Outreach

  • Engage new followers and potential clients via DM
  • Format, post, or send messages drafted by the team
  • Help maintain a consistent tone and professionalism across client-facing communication

Systems & Tech Management

  • Support setup and maintenance of tools like Zapier, Slack, Jotform, Everfit, Wave, Google Suite, and Calendly
  • Troubleshoot small tech issues or automations (training provided)
  • Suggest improvements to streamline repetitive processes

Requirements

  • Proficient in Google Suite and other tech platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Experience with automation (Zapier), project management (Trello), and team communication (Slack) (advantage)
