Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable, articulate, and tech-savvy part-time caller to conduct interviews with clients on our behalf. You’ll be speaking with prospective or current clients about their web development needs, taking detailed notes, and providing concise summaries after each call.

Responsibilities:

Conduct structured interviews with clients following provided briefs.

Ask relevant follow-up questions to clarify client goals and requirements.

Record clear, accurate notes during and after each conversation.

Deliver concise written summaries of each interview.

Maintain professionalism and represent our company positively in every interaction.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills (Native, clear, confident, and personable).

Comfortable speaking on camera during client calls.

Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.).

Professional demeanor and ability to follow structured instructions.

Reliable, responsive, and organized—must be available for regular check-ins.

Access to a computer with an NVIDIA GPU and a stable internet connection.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time, flexible hours (based on client availability).

Competitive hourly rate, discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 – $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
