Full job description

This is a fully remote position for residents of Texas. The HEDIS non-clinical team falls under the Quality Improvement Department of Superior HealthPlan in Texas. The role involves monitoring HEDIS rates, medical record retrieval, and reporting for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Reaching out to provider offices to request/validate facility and provider addresses and collect medical records
• Data entry of change of addresses into system
• Uploading records upon receipt
• Documenting all outreach efforts
• Working with MS Excel
• Resolving “pends” and ensuring receipt of records
• Contributing to member’s compliance and increasing measure’s rates

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience
• Ability to analyze and track reporting results
• Experience with quality improvement plans and training providers and staff
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (A plus)
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred (Not compulsory)
• Valid driver’s license (Compulsory)
