Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage online community interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management particularly with Facebook/Instagram ads and ‘Lead Generation’.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
