Full job description
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team!
This role supports projects across real estate, community events, and arts education — perfect for someone who’s passionate about digital marketing, design, and helping small businesses grow.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and run digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Create flyers, posts, and short-form content for social media campaigns
- Assist with email marketing and promotional materials
- Help organize and attend community events, festivals, or open houses
- Support brand partnerships and sponsorship outreach
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and creative partners to ensure smooth campaigns
Compensation
- Base Pay: $1,000/month
- Bonus Opportunities:
- $500 for each closed real estate transaction assisted
- $500 for each new property management client referred
- End-of-year performance bonus based on contribution & client satisfaction
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $1,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month
