Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
  • Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and support documentation
  • Conduct outbound calling when necessary to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software applications to document interactions and manage customer information
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services when appropriate

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in additional languages such as Spanish or French
  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions or data entry tasks accurately (nice-to-have)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual setting with reliable internet access
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,428.92 – $157,118.70 per year
