Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Virtual Customer Account Advisor to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their customer service and client support skills. The role involves engaging with customers via phone and digital channels to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and support account management. Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Assist clients with account management, including updates and troubleshooting
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote services when appropriate
  • Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software to manage accounts efficiently
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement

Experience

  • Prior call center experience or customer service background is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) are desirable
  • Experience with data entry, outbound calling, or client services is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities in English and additional languages are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
  • Familiarity with analysis skills, cash handling, and call center operations will enhance performance but are not mandatory for entry-level applicants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,888.48 – $158,876.45 per year
