Summary
We’re looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Account Advisors. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist clients with their account-related needs, provide clear communication, and help ensure a positive client experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, or chat to provide information and support
- Maintain accurate and organized client information in company systems
- Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation for client accounts
- Monitor account activities and follow up on pending updates or inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client requests are handled promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or account advising is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM, spreadsheets, and communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
