Join Eagle Bend Manufacturing as a Virtual Office Assistant, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff members.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff.
  • Coordinate office procedures and handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
