Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a highly organized, detail orientated Product Assistantto join our Product team in Victoria. The Product Assistant provides essential administrative and coordination support across our Merchandising, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams.
What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily operations and projects across Product, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage sample orders, purchase orders, and maintain accurate product data.
  • Organize samples, materials, and development assets for seasonal planning.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare recaps, and track follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Serve as a communication link between internal teams and external vendors.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in product coordination, merchandising, or administrative support within a product-based company.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in developing within merchandising, product development, or supply chain.
