Responsibilities

- Engage in friendly conversations to identify customer needs, promote solutions, and enhance client satisfaction through effective sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions by entering data efficiently into company systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software.
- Follow established phone etiquette standards to ensure positive interactions that reflect the company’s commitment to excellent service.
- Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on inquiries or provide additional assistance to clients.
- Handle cash transactions or payments securely when required, demonstrating trustworthiness and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall service quality.
- Analyze call patterns and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements or additional training needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client bases.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with basic computer skills for navigating multiple platforms efficiently.
- Familiarity with data entry tasks, typing accuracy, and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations.
- Experience with outbound calling or sales activities can be advantageous but is not mandatory—training will be provided!
