Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Customer Account Advisor to join our dynamic team. This remote role involves providing exceptional customer support and client services through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual in English and other languages, and have experience in call center environments. As a Virtual Customer Account Advisor, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with account management, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Manage customer accounts by updating information and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting, and account-related concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Handle cash transactions and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance client satisfaction
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities in English and additional languages are highly desirable
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
- Extensive customer support and client services experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Outbound calling experience with a focus on client engagement and relationship building
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Pay: $77,764.56 – $97,522.91 per year
