We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. Qualifications

  • Essential:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively
    Preferred:
    • Administrative experience
    • Experience with Zoho Products
    • Background in communications, business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
  • Manage digital document storage and databases; recommend process improvements
  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, tradeshows, and seminars
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms
  • Interact professionally with followers and partner organizations
  • Monitor digital trends and recommend strategies to enhance online presence
  • Produce blog content and quarterly newsletters for clients and stakeholders
  • Create and automate presentations and educational materials
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
