Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional WFH Office Assistant to support our administrative operations remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management and clerical tasks. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the efficient functioning of our office environment.
You will be the hub between owners, customers and crew leaders.
Responsibilities
Be the first person most customers meet.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online communication channels
- Perform data entry,
- Utilize Jobber and Meta Ads
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Jobber
- Assist with bookkeeping
- Support office management activities
- Respond to customers promptly with proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support; prior dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills like Jobber and social media
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a remote setting
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for effective virtual communication
- Prior experience in office or administrative roles demonstrating time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards
