Robert Heath Heating is seeking an experienced and dedicated Appointments Coordinator to join our team, working exclusively with our Daikin Heat Pump customers.
This is a fantastic work-from-home opportunity for a highly organised and
customer-focused individual with a proven background in scheduling and coordination. All
necessary equipment will be provided.

The Role & Responsibilities
You will be the vital link between our customers and our field engineers. Your primary focus
will be managing the service and repair appointments for our Daikin Heat Pump customers.
● Scheduling & Confirmation: Efficiently schedule and confirm service, maintenance, and
repair appointments with customers.
● Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handling inbound and outbound
calls professionally.
● Query Management: Answer customer inquiries related to their appointments and
services.
● Ticket Management: Process and manage service tickets, ensuring all customer details
and job requirements are accurately recorded.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
This role requires prior experience. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground
running.
● Essential Experience: Proven experience in an appointments coordination, scheduling,
or similar administration role, preferably within the utilities, HVAC, or field service
industry.
● Customer Focus: Exceptional telephone manner and a genuine commitment to providing
high-quality customer service.
● Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with strong
attention to detail.
● IT Proficiency: Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and managing
email/ticket queues.
● Self-Motivation: Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote
(work-from-home) environment.
