Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our Toronto office. In this role, you will primarily handle corporate travel arrangements for our clients, 80% of whom are Japanese, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage corporate travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Communicate with clients in Japanese and English to understand their travel needs
- Utilize GDS systems to research and book travel (experience preferred)
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Valid work visa for at least 1 year or permanent resident status
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required
- Previous experience in corporate travel coordination is preferred
- GDS knowledge is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4T 1N5
