Responsibilities:
What We Do:
* Respond professionally to client request via mail, phone, and or email
*Provide information about our products including services and prices
*Assist clients with tailored benefits and problem solving
* Partner with a team to build unlimited, client relationships throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Exceptional in customer service software systems
* Proficient verbal and written communications skills
* Provide empathy and professionalism with clients.
