Full job description

We are seeking a creative, fashion-forward Social Media Manager to grow Sakuranna across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will lead content creation, develop our online voice and aesthetic and help build a thriving community.

This role also includes a small operational element, supporting our London-based pop-up, community events and occasional brand trips in Europe. If you love fashion, content creation and real-world brand experiences, this role is a perfect blend.

Candidate must be able to commute to London once a week for content days, meetings, and pop-up/event.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality Reels, TikToks, stories and posts
  • Build weekly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish all content—ensuring consistency and momentum
  • Create full launch content strategies for every drop (teasers, countdowns, try-ons, behind-the-scenes, UGC, influencer push, post-launch retention).
  • Propose new social series, storytelling angles and creative formats.
  • Maintain a cohesive aesthetic that reflects Sakuranna’s identity.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content during fittings, shoots, events and pop-ups.

Trend Research & Creative Direction

  • Identify trending audios, visual styles, and fashion-focused content ideas.
  • Pitch new concepts for storytelling

Operational Support (10–20%)

  • Assist at our London pop-up in june 2026
  • Support community events, workshops, meet-ups and pop-up activations.
  • Join selected brand trips across Europe (fashion fairs, influencer trips, content trips).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles – at least 3 years
  • Strong experience filming and editing short-form video content
  • A natural affinity for fashion, trends and aesthetics.
  • Confident on camera and comfortable shooting content with models or customers
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to commute to London once a week for content days, meetings, and pop-up/event

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
