Domiciliary: Office Coordinator
Opitical Domiciliary is looking for a highly organised, reliable, and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our domiciliary eye care service, helping us deliver exceptional care to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the domiciliary team.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily coordination of clinicians.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, and post).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient data entry.
- Assist with general office duties to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
- Liaise with patients, families, and care homes in a professional and compassionate manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to add, lead, and help other team members.

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,932.19 per year
