Domiciliary: Office Coordinator

Opitical Domiciliary is looking for a highly organised, reliable, and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our domiciliary eye care service, helping us deliver exceptional care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the domiciliary team.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily coordination of clinicians.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, and post).
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient data entry.
  • Assist with general office duties to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
  • Liaise with patients, families, and care homes in a professional and compassionate manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to add, lead, and help other team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,932.19 per year
