Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will use statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to uncover insights that support business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data requirements
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and presentations
- Optimize data workflows and improve model performance
- Stay updated with emerging data science tools and techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience working with real-world business datasets
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,258.77 per year
