Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will use statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to uncover insights that support business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data requirements
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and presentations
• Optimize data workflows and improve model performance
• Stay updated with emerging data science tools and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience working with real-world business datasets
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,258.77 per year
