Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Accurately input and update customer information using data entry systems.
- Provide detailed product or service information, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Upsell relevant products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Maintain clear and courteous phone etiquette, ensuring positive interactions at all times.
- Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions thoroughly within the organisation’s CRM system.
- Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in both Spanish and English.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication abilities are essential.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer feedback effectively.
