This is a writing and content strategy-focused role. On-camera work is not required.

This role is best suited to a mid-level to senior content creator who can work independently with minimal oversight.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can turn complex generator topics into clear, engaging, trust-building content that educates customers and drives leads.

The Role

As our Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand content across multiple platforms and brands. Your work will help customers understand their power options, feel confident choosing us, and take action.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations team to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Write website content (FAQs, service pages, landing pages, blog posts)
  • Create short-form social media content (captions, carousels, reels/scripts)
  • Develop educational content (storm prep guides, maintenance tips, buyer guides)
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized pieces

Brand & Voice

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice: reassuring, premium, clear, human
  • Adapt tone per brand while staying within Generator Partners guidelines
  • Follow SEO and conversion best practices (FAQs, CTAs, internal linking)

Collaboration

  • Work with marketing leads and designers to align visuals and messaging
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and revise content efficiently
  • Coordinate content across multiple brands and regions

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Proven experience creating content for service-based or home services businesses
  • Strong writing skills with a clear, persuasive, customer-focused style
  • Ability to simplify technical topics for everyday customers
  • Familiarity with SEO basics and content that drives leads
  • Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience in home services, construction, utilities, or energy sectors
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, or Monday.com
  • Understanding of U.S. regional marketing (especially storm-prone areas)

Deliverables You’ll Create

  • Blogs & educational articles (2-4 blog articles per month)
  • Ongoing social and website content
  • FAQs & landing-page copy
  • Social media content (written + basic creative briefs)
  • Email copy and short campaigns
  • Downloadable guides (PDFs, checklists)

How Success Is Measured

  • Content is clear, accurate, and on-brand
  • Improved website engagement and lead conversion
  • Positive feedback from internal teams and customers
  • Ability to deliver consistently and independently
