About the Role
Care 4 Quality is actively recruiting for a consultant with adult social care experience for Kent, UK. We are looking for a self-employed consultant to be able to carry out Mock Inspections for clients in Kent and the surrounding areas.
About you
This is a flexible role that would suit a passionate and supportive person available to carry out as required inspections. This role could be undertaken alongside a current role or to suit someone’s own availability.
It is essential you are practiced in adult social care with recent experience of undertaking CQC mock style inspections of adult social care services. The ideal candidate would have leadership experience at a minimum level of Registered Manager. We are seeking a Health and Social Care professional with knowledge of current best practice; relevant legislation, such as the mental capacity act; and CQC regulations, standards and inspection methodology.

What’s in it for you
We offer £350 per day for onsite visits including report write up – visits vary between 1 and 2 days on site but as each service needs are bespoke, the job would be discussed along with fee before booking.
