Role Overview

We are actively accepting applications as we scale and build our remote talent pool to support both current and upcoming client programs.

We are seeking experienced Remote Customer Support Agents who are available for omnichannel support, including phone, email, chat, and ticket-based systems.

Please note:

  • Not all roles are eCommerce-focused
  • Some assignments will involve general customer support, appointment scheduling, account inquiries, or service-related support depending on the client program

Flexibility and the ability to adapt across industries and support channels are essential for success in this role.

This is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in structured call center or customer support environments is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional omnichannel customer support (phone, email, chat, tickets)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as required by the program
  • Support customers with:
  • General customer service inquiries
  • Account or service-related questions
  • Appointment scheduling or follow-ups
  • eCommerce-related support when applicable (orders, shipping, returns, refunds)
  • Accurately document interactions in CRM or helpdesk platforms
  • Follow client-specific SOPs, scripts, and escalation paths
  • Meet quality assurance, productivity, and compliance standards
  • Represent client brands with professionalism and consistency

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of call center or remote customer support experience
  • Availability to support multiple channels (phone, email, chat, tickets)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable handling live calls and multitasking across platforms
  • Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and adapt to different industries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a BPO or outsourcing company or similar experience
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based customers
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.,)
  • Experience with scheduling, intake, or service-based support programs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
