Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and eager to assist clients and team members alike.

Location: South Jersey

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM | Sat 8AM–1PM

Type: Part-time

We’re a growing mobile mechanic business looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to

handle calls, schedule appointments, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

– Answer calls, texts, and emails

– Schedule service appointments

– Collect customer and vehicle information

– Send confirmations and reminders

– Process payments and basic admin tasks

Requirements:

– Strong communication and customer service skills

– Organized and detail-oriented

– Comfortable using computers and basic software

– Reliable and professional

Experience in customer service or scheduling preferred, but not required. Training provided.
