Job Title: Remote Data Entry Assistant – Commercial Property

Job Summary:

Pepper Pot Lettings is seeking three Remote Data Entry Assistants to join our team. We specialize exclusively in commercial property for businesses. This fully remote role involves accurately entering and maintaining data on our property listings that help businesses find the ideal space for their commercial needs. No experience is required – we provide full training to ensure your success.

As a data entry assistant, you’ll be working with a curated database of commercial properties that match the specific needs of businesses looking to expand or launch, whether it’s a gym, restaurant, showroom, or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data for commercial property listings in our CRM and property management systems.
  • Property Record Maintenance: Ensure that all records for commercial properties are up-to-date and organized, including information on location, size, amenities, and business suitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review and verify data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in listings.
  • Database Management: Help maintain and organize our curated database of commercial properties tailored to specific business types.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including document management and filing.
  • Collaboration: Work with the property management and sales teams to ensure that data is accurately logged and aligned with business requirements.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client and property data with care and in compliance with our company’s data protection policies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (Google Docs, Excel, etc.). Ability to use property management and CRM software is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that all commercial property data is entered accurately and consistently.
  • Organized and Efficient: Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced, data-heavy role.
  • Clear Communication: Strong written communication skills to work effectively with remote teams and handle any queries or clarifications about data.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing tasks without direct supervision.
  • No Experience Required: Full training will be provided. Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not necessary.

Wages and Hours:

  • Competitive Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate of £16 – £18 per hour, based on experience.
  • Working Hours: Full-time role with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Remote Work: This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your home.
