Duties
- Rotate around different business functions building personal skills and learning about all aspects of the business
- IT Support – Assist internal and external customers with IT support queries
- Product Development – Assist in the project management of new software product development and launch
- Vehicle Remarketing – Support with vehicle remarketing activities such as listings, liaising with buyers and sellers and chasing payments or vehicle collections
- Customer Management – Working to onboard new customers and manage existing customers
- Sales and management support – Support the exec team with adhoc sales and management activities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring information is correctly recorded and maintained within company systems
- Assist with analysing data to support decision-making processes
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inbound and outbound calls
- Engage in upselling activities by promoting products or services to clients during interactions
- Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination as required
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of communication within the organisation through clear and professional correspondence
Requirements
- Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Advanced IT skills
- Experience or familiarity with data entry and analysis tools is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude towards professional growth
