· Experience of working with older people with Dementia.
· Knowledge and experience of medication administration
· Confident in care planning processes and experience of daily notes.

Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Night Shift
- Weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of carers during the shift, ensuring high-quality care for residents.
- Administer medication as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and families to provide updates on resident well-being.
- Deal with any health care emergencies by calling the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £13.60 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 33 per week

Experience:
- providing care at senior level: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- DBS on the update service (preferred)
- Social Care Wales Registration (preferred)
