Full job description

We’re looking for a driven and confident Virtual Assistant with a client engagement background. Who’s comfortable making cold/warm calls and following up with potential leads. If you’re someone who knows how to connect over the phone, handle objections, and keep the conversation moving toward a yes — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients (leads provided)
  • Soft-selling our services and setting appointments
  • Following up on leads via phone and email
  • Documenting call notes and maintaining CRM updates
  • Supporting admin tasks related to sales and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior sales and/or call center experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers
  • Professional, clear phone presence and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient to rejection
  • Strong organizational skills and detail driven
  • Tech-savvy – can work confidently with CRMs, spreadsheets, email, and virtual call tools

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling professional services (tax, legal, financial, consulting)
  • A background in appointment setting or inside sales
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
