Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Dentist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide high standards of dental care while contributing positively to the continued development and reputation of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both UK-based and international dentists, as work visa sponsorship is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide a wide range of general dental treatments, including restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures
- Ensure exceptional patient care and maintain high clinical standards at all times
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dentistry, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with regulatory requirements
- Adhere strictly to infection control, cross-contamination, and health & safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, and administrative staff
- Comply with all General Dental Council (GDC) standards and professional guidelines
- Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) and clinical governance activities
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification
- GDC registered or eligible for GDC registration
- Strong clinical competence in general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, caring, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and ethics
