  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.

<Experience>

  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases.
  • Proven sales experience or a background in client services enhances your ability to upsell or cross-sell products confidently.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous.
