Full job description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our growing logistics team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer enquiries and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience using the Zoho system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner
- Manage customer records, cases, and communications using Zoho (CRM / Desk / related modules)
- Track shipments and provide accurate delivery updates to customers
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transport) to resolve issues
- Liaise with supplier customer services to raise claims
- Log, monitor, and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within Zoho
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in customer service
- Hands-on experience with Zoho systems (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, or similar Zoho applications is essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Desirable
- Understanding of shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and logistics terminology
- Experience working with SLAs and KPIs
