DiCello Levitt, a nationally prominent, Chambers and Benchmark-rated law firm with offices nationwide, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.

Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping the firm’s visual identity across digital and print platforms as part of the greater Marketing team. This position requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into compelling, accessible designs that align with our brand standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design and produce graphics for marketing materials, including website, social media, presentations, advertisements, and more.
- Develop visual assets for campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and attorneys to create engaging visuals that support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Source and work with vendors, as needed, for print and technical digital projects and collateral production.
- Stay current on design trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance visual impact.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to create designs optimized for web, social media, and print.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Expertise in PowerPoint design, including creating visually compelling presentations that align with brand standards.
- Experience using Canva to create templates for team members to use for quick-turn requests like for social media, brochures, etc.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print platforms, ideally with professional services samples.
What DiCello Levitt Offers
Salary Range: $75,000 to 90,000
- Starting salary is dependent on experience and location.
