Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow across teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently from a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, messages, and daily correspondence in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and basic documents
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and online databases
  • Support HR and operations teams with routine admin activities
  • Handle customer or client inquiries (if required)
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams and management
  • Perform other general admin tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic online tools
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Stable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
