About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is eager to support our office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support
  • Scanning, filing, and organizing documents
  • Data entry and updating records
  • Assisting with phone calls when needed
  • Helping with social media updates
  • Supporting client outreach and helping bring in new clients as needed
  • Other office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills (email, basic software, and online platforms)
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
  • Reliable and professional
