About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is eager to support our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Data entry and updating records
- Assisting with phone calls when needed
- Helping with social media updates
- Supporting client outreach and helping bring in new clients as needed
- Other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (email, basic software, and online platforms)
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Reliable and professional
