GRAND DESIGN INTERNATIONAL is a rapidly growing design and construction company. As we expand our in-house team, we are looking for a reliable and efficient Administration Officer to support our daily operations, planning applications, and client management as will as construction progress processes.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Administration Officer who can manage a wide range of administrative and customer-related, planning and construction tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining planning application records, handling customer communication, managing construction site data, and supporting the general office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and submit planning applications and related documentation
  • Handle emails, customer queries, and professional phone calls
  • Maintain spreadsheets, project data, and site work information
  • Assist with social media updates and basic online communication
  • Coordinate between clients, staff, and management
  • Learn and use new company software and digital tools efficiently
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administration role
  • Fluent English — excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills and fast typing speed
  • Ability to learn new systems/software quickly
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience in construction, planning, architecture, or design
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet management and data entry or new system such as clip up software.
