INBOUND ONLY – NO COLD CALLS

We are a leading, very busy American watch and jewellery mail order company who have just relocated to brand new, conveniently located offices in Potters Bar, Herts.

To continue growth in our busy call centre, we are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative and customer focused individual to take orders from our customers, upsell products and generally assist with delivering an excellent customer experience.

No experience necessary. We will to provide full training training. All we need is enthusiastic people!!!

You will also be handling day to day admin, liaising with various departments and working as part of a dedicated call centre team.

Please note: Our mail order customers are based in the USA so we are seeking someone who is able to work a 12 hour shift between 1pm – 4am three days a week.* The job will require weekend working.*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year including bonuses
