Location: Remote (Africa-Based) — Supporting U.S. Headquarters in Arbutus, MD (Baltimore County Region) Type: Fully Remote

Job Summary

All In 1 Home Improvement & More is hiring five (5) new Contract Acquisition Representatives in USA & Africa to assist in acquiring and retaining national and international construction clients. This role is critical in supporting business development for both residential and commercial projects, and includes responsibilities in professional client coordination, sales preparation, and digital correspondence.

Representatives will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and Director, with top-performing candidates eligible for visitation to the U.S. headquarters in Washington, D.C. as the lead African regional liaison.

I. Language & Communication Requirements

  • Must speak clear and professional English
  • Must pass a reading and comprehension assessment
  • Must be confident in written communication and client phone calls
  • Ability to conduct professional Zoom sessions if required by the client

II. Technology Requirements

  • Must own a personal laptop or computer with internet access
  • Must have a cell phone capable of calling U.S.-based numbers
  • Must be able to:
  • Send proposals using a company email
  • Call U.S. clients for follow-up and support
  • Contact African residential and commercial clients to present company services
  • Use tools like Word, PDF, and browser-based platforms

III. Professional Appearance

  • Must maintain a clean, professional look at all times
  • Clothing must be neat, pressed, and business-appropriate
  • Hair should be styled professionally, especially for any Zoom or video calls

IV. Contractual Responsibilities

  • Must obtain three (3) signed client contracts per month to remain active

Expected to:

  • Call new clients to introduce services
  • Contact retention clients to upsell or maintain engagement
  • Request Google reviews after successful client service

Contract opportunities may originate from:

  • U.S.-based clients (primary): Federal, private, public, commercial, and residential construction
  • Africa-based clients (secondary): Residential and commercial project leads

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $1,000.00 – $3,000.00 per month
