Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our Toronto office. In this role, you will primarily handle corporate travel arrangements for our clients, 80% of whom are Japanese, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and manage corporate travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation)
  • Communicate with clients in Japanese and English to understand their travel needs
  • Utilize GDS systems to research and book travel (experience preferred)
  • Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Valid work visa for at least 1 year or permanent resident status
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required
  • Previous experience in corporate travel coordination is preferred
  • GDS knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4T 1N5
