Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in both Spanish and English, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their queries.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Analyse customer feedback and issues to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Call potential clients who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Provide clear information about LabMedExpert’s offerings.
  • Convince and convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with prospects as necessary to close deals.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call centre work.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, professional, and goal-oriented.
  • A market-driven mindset with the ability to convert leads into customers.
  • Reliable and able to work independently within a short daily shift (2 hours).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.82-£12.85 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
