Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle data entry with precision, maintaining up-to-date customer records.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
• Utilise strong communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette at all times, representing the company positively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
