We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle data entry with precision, maintaining up-to-date customer records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Utilise strong communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette at all times, representing the company positively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
