Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions at all times.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities when processing payments or refunds efficiently and securely.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with solid computer skills.
  • Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills to manage customer information precisely.
  • Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center operations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone etiquette ensure positive customer engagements.

Pay: £26,650.00-£30,000.00 per year
