Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and data models.
This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong analytical and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and validate data
- Support business teams with data-driven recommendations
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Document data definitions, metrics, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
- Familiarity with Tableau / Power BI / Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of statistics and data visualization best practices
- Internship or academic project experience in analytics

Salary Range
$70,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience, location, and skills)
Pay: $76,749.79 – $92,429.85 per year
