Job Summary

Ivy Lodge Assisted Living is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk I/II & Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and record-keeping functions. This role focuses on accurate data entry, document management, and general administrative support to ensure smooth operations and timely information flow across departments.

This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working remotely and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Maintain digital records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative coordination
  • Support onboarding and HR documentation as assigned
  • Respond to basic email inquiries and route messages appropriately
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Data Entry Clerk I vs II

  • Clerk I: Entry-level role focused on routine data entry, file maintenance, and basic administrative tasks
  • Clerk II: More experienced role involving higher-volume data processing, reporting support, and limited independent decision-making

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.93 – $27.61 per hour
