About the Role
The Junior Data Entry Officer reports to the Manager of Fundraising Ops and supports the Fundraising Ops team by maintaining accurate donor records and managing communications with donors. You will focus on front-end tasks such as processing donations, uploading coupons, and responding to donor inquiries. By keeping Salesforce data aligned across payment platforms and ensuring every donor feels supported, you will play a key role in the success of CitizenGO’s fundraising work.

What You’ll Do
- You will upload response coupons into Salesforce.
- You will manually upload bank transfers into Salesforce.
- You will handle incoming emails from the Fundraising Ops mailbox in HelpScout.
- You will contact donors via HelpScout (email) and, when required, through phone or WhatsApp.
- You will manage donation operations across payment platforms (Stripe, GoCardless, PayPal, PayU) and ensure accurate records in Salesforce.
- You will monitor donation data to identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate issues when necessary.
- You will support the Fundraising Ops team with administrative donor management tasks.
- You will collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain data integrity.
- You will ensure donor data handling complies with privacy and data security regulations.
- You will develop skills in Salesforce workflows and fundraising data management under supervision.
Who you are
- You have a demonstrated commitment to defending life, family, and freedom.
- You have basic knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
- You are comfortable with new technologies and digital tools.
- You are familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- You understand and are comfortable with Project Management Software (e.g., Asana).
- You are results-oriented and can stay on a timeline while ensuring accuracy.
- You are quick to learn new software tools.
- You have good strategic, creative, and innovative thinking skills.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You are professional, self-motivated, efficient, and able to deliver results on short timelines.
- You are a strong team player, comfortable in a highly collaborative and hierarchical team culture.
- You can adjust quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
- You have at least a B2-level proficiency in English. (Duolingo English Test required for non-natives, minimum score of 100). Other languages are a plus.
