We Are Recruiting: Male Deputy Manager – EBD Children’s Home (London borough of Redbridge)
Sponsorship Available – Skilled Worker (Care Visa)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Male Deputy Manager for our Ofsted-registered EBD children’s home in the London Borough of Redbridge.

Essential Requirements

• Must be male (due to the needs of the home)
• Valid UK driving licence and confident driver
• Good spoken and written English
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Deputy in an EBD children’s home
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management
• Skilled in report writing and professional communication
• Ability to liaise effectively with social workers and other agencies
• Able to act as a positive role model for young people
• Provides consistent leadership and supports staff and YP

Salary

Annual Salary: £35,000 per year
Hours: 4 days a week, 9am to 9pm
Additional Duties: Includes sharing on-call responsibilities with the Manager and attending any emergencies when required.)

Sponsorship

• Skilled Worker Visa (Care Visa) available for the suitable candidate

Pay: £35,000.00-£35,001.00 per year
