We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Marketer to help us build an authentic, engaging social media presence that captures our vibrant community spirit and the elegance of our brand.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the founder to develop and implement a social media strategy that highlights our unique activities, community stories, and city-wide experiences. This role requires a creative storyteller with an eye for beautiful visuals and a knack for thoughtful engagement.
Fully remote and flexible hours — ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and schedule social media content showcasing daily activities and community moments
- Craft engaging, authentic captions that resonate with our audience
- Maintain brand consistency across posts and stories
- Collaborate directly with the founder on campaigns, events, and community highlights
- Monitor social engagement and provide light performance insights
- Foster genuine online community engagement aligned with brand values
About You
- Experience managing social media for brands or communities, preferably in lifestyle, leisure, or events
- Strong visual storytelling skills and brand consistency awareness
- Excellent writing skills with a warm, authentic tone
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Passionate about community, wellness, and cultural experiences
- UK or Europe-based preferred but open to the right candidate
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with content design tools like Canva or Figma
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Interest or background in leisure, wellness, or cultural events
